Zillow + Trulia = CIMLS.com

One of the most time consuming tasks of the listing process is putting them online.  So, the team at CIMLS.com thought we’d lend a hand.  After some hard work we are now proud to offer automated imports to our Gold Members using the Zillow or Trulia data formats.  If you are already feeding listings to those sources all you need to do is email us with your feed location and we will take care of the rest.  We’re looking forward to including feeds from all of our members so you can get out of the office and back to working with your clients.

CIMLS.com Just Got a Makeover

We’ve been serving up commercial real estate listings for over a decade, and it finally came time to update the look and feel of our platform to give our member listings the polished platform they deserve.  This is the fourth major revision of the site – so I thought it would be appropriate to show how far we’ve come:

The update is not just cosmetic.  From working with our group of advisory members we rethought the way our members and new users navigate the site.  Particularly we wanted to make the For Sale and For Lease categories directly accessible from anywhere on the site.  The contact option was also moved up to be included in the top navigation bar so you can get in touch with us anytime (we love hearing from you!).

Finally, if you were wondering where the edit button went – we decided to move it into the My Account dashboard.  This page is now the one stop shop where you can see property stats, make edits, or contact leads.
